The Samyang 85mm T1.5 VDSLR for Nikon DSLR cameras is a short telephoto manual focus cine lens designed for use with Full Frame or smaller sensors. A hybrid aspherical lens element, and Ultra Multi Coating minimise chromatic aberrations and flare, and an 8-blade iris provides smooth rendering of out-of-focus areas. A geared focusing ring and uncoupled aperture ring enable precise and smooth operation for filming. The robust alloy lens body features internal focusing which keeps the length constant, and a detachable petal-shaped lens hood is included.
