  • The leather used in 4V straps is the best ‘Cuoio’ quality, endorsed by the Tuscany association. The traditional vegetable tanning process uses no chemicals. It’s slower and costlier, but creates a much more durable product which is anti-allergenic, will age beautifully and has a rich aroma. The washed green version has a natural patina where scuffs and scratches disappear when wiped with a finger.
  • Immense trouble is also taken to perfect all details. Perfect stitching, in a matching colour or sometimes in a contrasting cyan thread (the 4V house colour), pre-shaped pads to avoid any need to ‘wear in’ the product, variable density padding for each size of strap to suit the typical load, and hand-painted edges to untrimmed leather parts are just some of the masterful touches.
  • The blue Ultra Grip inner surface uses non-slip technology developed for uses in racing leathers. It works on any material, is resistant to sweat and bacteria, is waterproof, and can be washed. Comfortable, hygeinic and durable.
